We are an independently owned and operated boutique yoga and pilates studio located in the Volker neighborhood of Kansas City.
We believe yoga should be accessible by all body types and income levels, so all classes are just 45 minutes in length and priced affordably!
Classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize, giving you both peace of mind and an amazing workout!

Our Classes
All classes are 45 minutes in duration and accessible by all skill levels!

A vinyasa-style class designed to energize the body and make you sweat! Accompanied by up-tempo music, poses are presented in a flowing movement connected by the breath. This course also incorporates pilates exercises while still being cardio-based and dynamic. Optional wrist and ankle weights are available for those looking for extra challenge.

A hatha-style class that is just as invigorating as a flowing-style class, but moves at a slower, more accessible pace. Postures are presented in a static fashion and held for several breaths. Also incorporating pilates exercises, these classes will build strength while encouraging flexibility. Optional wrist and ankle weights are available for those looking for additional challenge.

A restorative/yin-style class that will promote flexibility and relaxation. This class is offered at the slowest pace possible with just a few postures presented and held for several minutes. Lengthening of the breath is the goal with full-body relaxation the end result. While encouraging muscle lengthening and joint fluidity, restorative-style classes are also meditative and provide opportunities to quiet the mind and reflect. Accompanied by soft music, classes are accessible by all levels and highly encouraged for those burdened with both physical and mental fatigue. Weights will not be utilized.

A more traditional-style yoga class, these classes prioritize classic asanas focusing on stretching, flexibility, and lubricating the joints. Poses will naturally flow with the breath at a pace slightly slower than vinyasa but not quite the static rate of hatha. Lengthening of the breath, muscles, and mind are the goal of this long-established tradition. Weights will not be utilized.

A standard mat-based pilates class, pilates workouts are a low-impact form of exercise that encourages the use of one's bodyweight to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Mat pilates incorporates classic exercises, weights, and concentration to build up the core in a slow, methodical fashion. Pilates classes are invigorating while also fortifying the mind/body connection. Optional wrist and ankle weights are available for those looking for extra challenge.

We are located in the Volker neighborhood in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri. This is within walking distance of the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) at the former home of Alpha Chiropractic.
